Electric BLUE!

So  I decided to play with color this time around and choose to use this amazing navy blue from BEDHEAD...

I also used NYX Jumbo Eyeshadow Pencil in Milk as a base and created a lovely winged eyeliner effect.

I initially was only going to do the video and wash it off but I liked it so much I left it on for the rest of the day. =0)
